MERCURY XM is a conventional unit (suitable for placing
in a line-up composed of different-length modules with internal
and external corner elements) for the display of fresh and
packaged products, available in a great variety of different
versions. The following versions are ideal for the sale of
raw meats, cold meats / dairy products, and delicatessen foods:
• MERCURY XM with front ventilation and incorporated
or separate motor.
• MERCURY XM static, with incorporated or separate
motor.
• MERCURY XM with front ventilation, selfservice,
with incorporated or separate motor.

MERCURY XM has avant-garde constructional
characteristics, such as: rounded panes of tempered crystal
glass that turn upwards, stainless-steel work counters, a crystal
glass shelf for giving small change, thermoformed ABS sides,
frontal aluminum bands, plastic-coated sheet metal decorative
fronts, gray PVC trolley bumper rails, front ventilation to
defog the rounded crystal glass panes, display shelves in sheet
metal painted white with non-toxic epoxy powder and tray in
white plastic-coated sheet metal, automatic water evaporation
(for units with incorporated refrigerators), silenced fans,
extra lighting on the glass top, electronic control panel, LCD
indicator of the temperature inside the tray. |

The MERCURY XM unit is manufactured
in numerous special versions, designed for the best possible
storage and sale of different products in specific market
categories, i.e
• MERCURY XM room-temperature for bread, with
wooden racks • MERCURY XM for cakes and pastries,
with intermediate shelf • MERCURY XM hot buffet,
with water bath (only 1250 mm). |
