Design and ergonomics combined
The serve-over cabinet Major combines generous display depth, with an aesthetic appearance defined by soft lines, enhanced by the corner elements with spherical glasses. It represents the natural evolution of this type of serve-over counter.
Always looking for the balance between aesthetics and ergonomics, the counter benefits from the absence of rear supports, which highlights the modern design and provides unrestricted access to the products displayed, together with easier cleaning operations.
All models are available with lift-up (VCA) and drop-down (VCB) front glass panels. A full range of optional is also available.
The range includes plug-in and remote versions, ventilated models with or without refrigerated storage, self-service versions, static refrigeration models, fish displays, bread display cases, and hot versions available in both bain-marie and heated-surface configurations.
The Major range is further complemented by the Hot version, available as either a bain-marie or heated display with warming surfaces, and by the Fish version, equipped with perforated display trays, collection pans, and an internal basin in AISI 316 stainless steel.
