Two projects for food service and retail
Between June and July 2026, Oscartielle was involved in the development of two new projects at Turin Airport, bringing its solutions and expertise to support two major names in the food service and food retail sectors: Autogrill Piazza Castello and Eataly. Two different concepts, sharing the same goal: to offer travellers a convenient, fast and high-quality shopping experience.
The Solution
Autogrill Piazza Castello: a break before departure
The Autogrill Piazza Castello store, dedicated to food service and quick breaks at the airport, underwent a renovation of its display areas for beverages, snacks and ready-to-eat products. SWEET GLOBAL was selected for the project. This ventilated refrigerated counter combines compact dimensions with a large glass panel, ensuring excellent product visibility and an organised, functional presentation for travellers looking to enjoy a quick break before continuing their journey.
Eataly: quality and variety, even at the airport
The new Eataly space at Turin Airport opened on 7 July 2026, bringing the quality and tradition of Italian food and wine to the travel experience. The new format combines food service and retail, offering passengers several options for a break before departure, from the Bar Snack concept to a dedicated sit-down dining area.
To meet the project's different display requirements, the VISION, MINOR and SWEET GLOBAL solutions were selected. VISION stands out for its high product visibility and versatility. The black screen-printed doors offer a wide, clear view of the entire product range, enhancing product presentation and creating a more immediate and engaging shopping experience. MINOR was also selected for Eataly. This vertical refrigerated cabinet is designed for the presentation of pre-packaged products and beverages. Its reliability, contemporary design and versatility make it suitable for a wide range of retail formats and product assortments. SWEET GLOBAL completes the installation. Also used in the Autogrill Piazza Castello project, here it is dedicated to the display of ready-to-eat and packaged products.
